Warning: From November to May the Pas de Peyrol pass in Puy Mary is closed, do not trust your GPS and check your route.

 In Salers, the Rue Notre Dame is a one-way street coming from Aurillac, go around the village in the direction of Fontanges, we are located at the crossroads of the Rue Notre Dame and the Route du Puy Mary on your right (see map below). Safe journey!

The hotel does not have a lift, as the configuration of our old Auvergne building on 3 levels makes this impossible. On request, we can of course help you with your luggage. Do not hesitate to specify when booking if you do not wish to be on a high floor.

The hotel rooms all have high quality bath towels and bathrobes, satin sheets, hair dryer, kettle, fan, TV and direct dial telephone. Wifi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge, although we would like to remind you that we are in a rural mountain area with only ADSL.

The two suites also have a Nespresso coffee machine and a gas fireplace in the "Mountain" suite and a massage chair in the "Zen" suite.

The rooms are not air-conditioned (the installation of such motors on the facades is impossible in a classified village like Salers) but we are situated at an altitude of nearly 1,000 metres, so it is normally sufficient to open the window at night.

The restaurant and common rooms are not air-conditioned.

There is free parking behind the hotel on the main road.

When you arrive, ring at the barrier to be let in, you will then be able to access to the parking with your room card.

Our rooms are available from 3pm

The buffet breakfast is served between 7:30 and 10:00. It is possible to have it served in your room at no extra charge during these times.

The swimming pool is open in season only (from June to September). It is accessible free of charge for all hotel guests.

Heated outdoor swimming pool (note that we are at an altitude of almost 1,000 metres). Not supervised. Towels not provided.

The hotel closes in winter, from 13 November 2023 to 9 February 2024 inclusive.

Our restaurant is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Please specify this when you make your reservation so that we can keep a table for you that is easily accessible.

When you arrive, park in front of the hotel and you will be able to access the lounge, the restaurant and the toilets without any stairs.

The hotel has a "standard" room on the ground floor which is accessible directly from the car park and is suitable for disabled guests. Please ask at the reception for more details.
